Will Eadson

Will Eadson is Professor of Urban and Regional Studies at Sheffield Hallam University where he leads a research programme on low carbon economy and enterprise. He has led research for a range of academic, government and NGO funders, working closely with policy and industry.

His work has been used in decision-making from the World Bank to national, regional and local government. Recent research has focused on how new technological developments for low carbon industry – such as hydrogen and carbon capture – can be harnessed to bring shared benefits to businesses (especially SMEs), workers and communities.
