Tim Frenneaux
Radical, Tim Frenneaux & Co
Tim is a regenerative business designer, purpose-driven entrepreneur, and radical economic strategist.
He is on a mission to change how our current economic system manages to over-exploit the environment without even meeting everyone’s basic needs.
Originally, he worked in Economic Development a career which culminated in bringing businesses together with the public sector to agree England’s first carbon-negative Local Industrial Strategy.
Tim left this work to be more radical and impactful by hosting a regenerative business design practice and running his own business, Adventurous Ink, which helps people reconnect with themselves and nature.
A systems thinker, his approach is strongly informed by Kate Raworth’s ‘Doughnut Economics’ and the need to move towards a safe and just space for humanity to thrive. He is one of the core members of the Leeds Doughnut Coalition.
Tim specialises in applying regenerative principles to purpose-led innovation, strategy and organisational development. Much of his work involves connecting different practices and professions, drawing on his extensive network of thinkers, doers and innovators.
Supporting his work with people centred innovation methodologies, such as Service Design and Theory U, Tim helps the people in businesses and organisations create change from both the head and the heart.
