Jo Cutter
Lecturer in Work and Employment Relations and Unite the Union Equality and Inclusion Officer, University of Leeds
Jo’s research and teaching focus on the changing world of work and its impact on employment relations, with a core focus on workplace bargaining, skills, and training. Prior to joining Leeds University Business School, she worked for 15 years as a researcher for local and national governments, NGOs, and trade unions. She is currently researching how unions and labour movements are actively engaged in just transition policy and practice in 13 countries. She has been a Unite the Union rep for 12 years.
