Harry’s work supports the public sector, communities, and businesses in Hull and East Yorkshire develop their net zero plans and projects, with a focus on public and private partnerships.
His experience includes supporting large scale projects such as district heat networks through to smaller scale community energy projects.
Harry’s recent work has included leading the development of internal carbon pricing mechanisms in the public sector that can be used to fund nature-based solutions to climate change.
