Green Skills UK Conference 2025

Join us for the inaugural Green Skills UK Conference, a one day event dedicated to the green skills agenda. This event will bring together business leaders, higher and further education leaders and local and national policymakers to explore the training and development pathways to prepare our workforce for the green transition. 

Green Skills UK has been developed by The Sustainability Community, a community of over 11,000+ sustainability leaders, to address the need to develop and expand the skills agenda to meet the evolving green economy in the UK. The one day conference will feature expert led panels and keynotes, interactive workshops and the opportunity to network with peers. 

The Green Skills Gap in the UK is one of the biggest challenges to meeting our Net Zero requirements. There is a need not only to create clear pathways for the next generation of leaders to access careers in sustainability, but also to transition leaders of today to drive forward the sustainable future. This conference creates a platform to look at the current national and local skills policy, discuss what needs to be done differently to create change, as well as creating an opportunity for leaders to come together, learn and network with each other to drive forward the change this country needs to see.
